Ordering

All of my physical products are made to order through a trusted print partner, which means they’re created just for you!


Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment.


Please note that during holidays or high-demand seasons, production or delivery may take a bit longer — thank you for your patience while your custom item is made with care!


If you purchased a digital download, you’ll receive your files immediately after checkout — both on the confirmation page and by email. No waiting required!

If you ordered a physical product, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Because each item is made to order through my print partner, cancellations after production begins are not possible. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible at hello@itsmaryelizabeth.com — I’ll do my best to help before your item goes into production.


Please note that digital downloads cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, since the files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned. Be sure to double-check your cart before completing checkout.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All physical products in my shop are made to order through a trusted print partner. This allows me to reduce waste and create each item just for you!


Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


Shipping Times:

    ‣ U.S. orders: usually arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment.

    ‣ International orders: may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing times.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.


Digital Downloads:

If you purchased a digital product, your files will be delivered instantly and available for download immediately after checkout — no shipping required!

Yes! 🌍 I’m happy to offer worldwide shipping on most products.


All physical items are made to order and fulfilled by my print partners, who ship to most countries around the world. Shipping times can vary depending on your location — typically 2–4 weeks for international deliveries — and may be affected by customs processing in your country.


Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may not be included in the item price or shipping cost and may be collected by your country upon delivery.


If you purchase a digital download, there’s no need to worry about shipping — your files are available immediately after checkout, no matter where you are!

Because each physical product is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me at hello@itsmaryelizabeth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. I’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at hello@itsmaryelizabeth.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue — I’ll work with my print partner to send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Unfortunately, I’m not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. In those cases, I recommend checking with your local post office or delivery service, and confirming the address on your order.


For extra peace of mind, consider selecting a tracked or insured shipping option at checkout when available.

Because all physical products are made to order and sent directly to production shortly after purchase, I can only update your address within 12 hours of your order being placed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, I’m unable to make changes or issue refunds for incorrect addresses.


If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can arrange to reship the item once it’s received back — additional shipping fees may apply.


For digital downloads, there’s no need to worry! Your files are delivered instantly to the email address you used at checkout, so address changes aren’t needed.
